Oh, I'm so sorry. You dear kitty was almost 17, I see. I have grieved more for pets that died than I did for my parents. I suppose this is because pets are so like children, even when they're elderly.
I wanted to let you know that your comment to my last post inspired my current post.
Oh, Lorraina, you're still not posting? I suppose that, if I were you, I would probably write about my cat, but then writing is my way of coping. I wish, wish, wish, that I had something to offer.

Yay! A vacation. My wife has been to 49 states, with Hawaii being the only one she's missed, so when she retires in two years, she wants to go there.
